Mail-In Ballots

Voters in New York State have TWO WAYS to vote by mail-in ballot:

• Absentee Ballot - for those who will be absent from the county or are otherwise unable to appear at the polls

• Early Mail Ballot - available to ALL registered voters, no excuse required (enacted in 2023)

Election Day

The polls will be open from 6am to 9pm on Election Day. Anyone on line by 9pm will be allowed to vote.
