Pierce opposes high Con Edison rates
Westchester Legislator Erika Pierce joined with other elected officials and over 100 members of the public at an event held by State Senator Shelley B. Mayer to oppose the high delivery rates of Con Edison and the New York Public Service Commission and call for the rejection of a proposed further rate increase.
